Meet Cathy

As a Christian Marriage and Family Counselor, (MA, AACC ICP), my approach to counseling is to provide a meaningful connection with each client through empathy, compassion, respect and professionalism.

The choice to begin counseling is an important and often difficult decision. I bring understanding and authenticity as well as strong clinical and biblical experience to my practice. Drawing upon various clinical therapeutic techniques, coupled with a biblical world-view, I work collaboratively with clients to incorporate the most effective way to approach and solve challenges.

My hope for clients is to improve self-awareness, increase insight and develop new ways of coping with life's stress. My personal goal as a therapist is to instill hope, regardless of the challenge. Together we will work to strengthen your ability to make long-lasting changes, which is path to healthier, happier, more fulfilled lives.

There is hope moving forward!

Cathy
