Meet Cathy

As a Christian Marriage and Family Counselor, (MA, AACC ICP), my approach to counseling is to provide a meaningful connection with each client through empathy, compassion, respect and professionalism.

The choice to begin counseling is an important and often difficult decision. I bring understanding and authenticity as well as strong clinical and biblical experience to my practice. Drawing upon various clinical therapeutic techniques, coupled with a biblical world-view, I work collaboratively with clients to incorporate the most effective way to approach and solve challenges.

My hope for clients is to improve self-awareness, increase insight and develop new ways of coping with life's stress. My personal goal as a therapist is to instill hope, regardless of the challenge. Together we will work to strengthen your ability to make long-lasting changes, which is path to healthier, happier, more fulfilled lives.

There is hope moving forward!

"Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ...who comforts us in all our tribulations, that we may be able to comfort those who are in any trouble."

 -2 Corinthians 1:3,4

“For I know the plans I have for you, “ declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.”
